About the Target – BayWa r.e. Bioenergy

BayWa r.e. Bioenergy GmbH (“BayWa r.e. Bioenergy”) is a specialized biogas platform. BayWa r.e. Bioenergy develops, builds and operates biogas projects that supply biomethane and electricity to local energy companies, industrial companies and energy traders. Its existing portfolio comprises five operating plants in Germany and a pipeline of development projects in Italy. The company’s current operating assets produce a total of approximately 170 GWh of biomethane per year.
