clearvise AG (clearvise), formerly ABO Invest AG, is an independent electricity producer and IPP with a diversified, European plant portfolio. The established operational portfolio consists of wind and solar parks as well as biogas plants in Ireland, France, Germany, and Finland with an installed capacity of over 300 MW. In addition to the acquisition of wind and solar parks, clearvise’s strategy also includes cooperation with project developers.

Deal Description

D.CT was appointed by the parent company ABO Wind AG to lead the sale of a significant minority interest and capital raise project in clearvise AG. ABO Wind set up clearvise as an independent power producer (IPP). D.CT has been appointed as a result of D.CT’s substantial transactional expertise in analogous endeavors, its wide network of investors, and its acumen in the renewable energy industry.
