AC Biogas GmbH (“AC Biogas”) was a German company specializing in the development, construction and operation of biogas plants. AC Biogas had built several biogas plants in Germany and other countries, generating renewable energy for electricity and heat by burning the biogas produced. In addition to the construction of biogas plants, AC Biogas provided consulting and project development services to third parties seeking to invest in renewable energy projects.
