Charles is a seasoned leader in corporate solutions, renowned for his ability to structure bespoke solutions that address clients’ funding and strategic needs on the buy or sell-side. With a strong engineering and tech background, Charles provides valuable insights to clients facing complexities in products, markets, and capital structures.
Charles has been building and expanding businesses since 2003, having worked in banking and derivatives with J.P. Morgan in New York and London. During the financial crisis, Charles founded and led investment advisor Prytania in London, achieving notable success with complex investments. In addition to extensive experience working across diverse industries, he has garnered recognition for his expertise in designing risk analytics and decision tools, working with esteemed institutions such as the Bank of England and the European Central Bank.
Currently, Charles focuses on working with companies in the Cleantech sector, particularly those in the emerging Hydrogen economy for D.CT. Given Charles’ strong engineering and tech background and deep understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the Cleantech sector, Charles is well-positioned to support companies operating in the Hydrogen space. He can help these companies identify and capitalize on opportunities, navigate regulatory and market challenges, and structure financing solutions that meet their unique needs.
