Dr. Christoph Möller

Dr. Christoph K. Möller is a highly experienced management consultant with a track record of more than 15 years. He has developed his expertise in various sectors including automotive, plant engineering, industrial services and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning and coaching in Germany and the US.
Throughout his career, Dr. Möller has provided strategic guidance and advice to family-owned and owner-managed mid-sized companies, specializing in corporate governance, strategy development, restructuring, and organizational development.
He started his professional career as a research project manager at the renowned LIN – Leibnitz Institute for Neurobiology in Magdeburg and the ENT Clinic in Erlangen. In 2008, he co-founded Valtcon GmbH, a prominent management consulting firm, and has since assumed the role of Managing Director, leading the company’s success and driving impactful transformations for clients.
With a strong educational background, Dr. Möller holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology & Neuroscience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Otto v. Guericke University (Germany). In addition to his Ph.D. and his MBA, Christoph holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Consulting from the International Psychoanalytic University (Germany).
