Florian Kollarczik

Florian Kollarczik joined D.CT in 2021. Florian’s expertise spans multiple sectors, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure, industrials, and financial sponsors.

Florian’s contributions at D.CT have encompassed a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions across Europe. Notably, he has a commendable track record in the European energy transition sector, successfully executing numerous buy- and sell-side M&A deals and growth capital transactions. His involvement extends beyond that of the traditional energy transition sector, as he has facilitated transactions involving emerging technologies such as in hydrogen and other energy storage technologies. Florian’s expertise also includes the heavy industry and service companies within the broader renewable energy sector.

Before joining D.CT, Florian worked at a Viennese consulting boutique, where he was assigned to projects related to the sustainable transformation of heavy machinery in the transport and industrial sectors. Prior to that, he was a business analyst at a PE-backed US SaaS company in New York, focusing on buy-and-build strategies and identifying potential buy-side targets.

Florian holds a degree in Business Administration with a distinct focus on finance and data science from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria).
