M&A | Intern (m/f/d) | Frankfurt

Frankfurt’s most exciting M&A challenge in the cleantech sector awaits you. At D.CT you will contribute to M&A processes from pitch to closing from day one, focusing on providing input for the senior M&A team. Together with our team, you will work independently on challenging and notable tasks.

Your responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on transaction experience by playing an integral role on deal teams from initial pitch to closing
• Develop innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges in the cleantech sector
• Assist in the preparation of client marketing materials (teasers, information memorandums, etc.)
• Prepare and support due diligence reviews
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of business plans
• Prepare transaction, company, market and competition analyses
• Analyze and compile financial data
• Independent management of individual work packages

Your skills:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student or recent graduate
• Interest in sustainable businesses and understanding of relevant business models in the cleantech sector
• Relevant previous internship or work experience in corporate finance
• Strong analytical, quantitative and language skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
• Fluent in German and English (min. C1 level each)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power-Point
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
