Sebastian Krüger is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant with over 31 years of experience in the industry.
Since 2018, he has been a Senior Advisor at D.CT, where he focuses on renewable energies (wind, solar, water), storage technologies (with a focus on hydrogen), water (energy, infrastructure, and treatment), as well as smart building, smart mobility, and smart city topics.
Mr Krüger has worked in various industries, including renewable energy, storage technology, water treatment, automotive (Germany/USA), shipping (Germany/Philippines/Singapore), and construction (Philippines/Singapore).
He has advised and accompanied family-owned, owner-managed, and management-led medium-sized companies in corporate management, strategy development, restructuring, and reorganization (insolvency).
Sebastian Krüger started his career as an independent shipowner, was a partner at GPK Unternehmensberatung in Hamburg, and is now a freelance business consultant who advises companies as a board member and board chairman in Germany and the USA.
He is a trained shipping merchant, holds a degree in economics from Leuphana University in Lüneburg, and has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Otto v. Guericke University in Magdeburg (OvG Business School Magdeburg).
Additionally, he advises as a colonel in the reserves in the general staff of the Federal Ministry of Defense.
