The existing management of Soventix acquires Soventix , the Germany-based developer and owner of PV plants, from VM Capital, a Germany-based private equity firm by way of a management buyout (MBO).

Soventix GmbH (“Soventix”) is a German company that develops, plans, constructs and manages PV plants in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and North America with a current project pipeline of 1.3 GW. By collaborating with premium PV manufacturers, Soventix can implement high-performance PV plants.
